For those out there looking for a new challenge, to lose weight or to just learn something new then have you thought about Taekwon Do? Hear is my Taekwon Do Training Diary as it is a great thing to take up. Great excercise, ethos as well as self defense.

well don't suppose you are any older than me and those XJ900s are heavy bikes so you must be reasonably fit - have you tried the Yamaha Diversion Club? I'm new too, if you are riding in this direction give me a shout.

Hi Git and Bev

Nice to see the new names and faces. Coming to biking late though I think is quite a good thing, I too only started riding 2 years and but have ridden everyday since. After recently joining SERV Sussex and talking to one of the other new boys who is a police rider I thought I would try the IAM course and so am doing that at the moment as well.

Loveing riding, 2 years and if I dont ride one day I am itching to get on it again the next, long may it continue!!

I want to go faster, I want to go faster..
