I'm interested in doing a trackday!

Are any organised by South East Biker?

If not how do I get on one?

HI Andy

Have you been on one before?? South East Biker as such does not tend to organise these but Pete at Bike Smart often will given half a chance, in fact I think he already is organising one as a bit of a trip and so is a weekend away (france I think) where he hires a track and so there is greater control on who is riding and how they ride

Hi Admin

I've been on motocross trackdays, but not at a road race circuit!

Would prefer a day organised by a group, as opposed to a free for all! I don't want to tear the place up (I couldn't), just want to open the bike up a bit, have some fun, and get some cornering practice without worrying about what is round the next corner!

France is further than I had planned, but could be a laugh! How do I get in touch with Pete?

He owns and runs Bike Smart (where we meet for our wednesday rides) so would call them on 01444 441969. He is a really nice guy and a private event like that should be a laugh

Contact MotorsportVision www.brands-hatch.com. They run evening taster sessions at Brands for £20 for twenty minutes. Excellent value and really fun. They also run novice track days when you will run with genuine novices rather than racers looking for track time. It's can be overwhelming if you get in the wrong group. A great day out though, look in the back of MCN as well. Other tracks are normally cheaper but Brands is superb.
