This is an interesting video. My question has to be why filming for 12 minutes? He did enough naughty things in 3 minutes so why allow the ride to continue. If the bike sees the other bike behind him and sitting on his tail then he is egging him on really and so it part of the problem. If the bike had crashed and rider injured and/or someone else injured that would have been an unecessary accident?
In fairness the rider cannot complain about anything. They created their own problem but the police bike right behind him will not have helped!
