For those out there looking for a new challenge, to lose weight or to just learn something new then have you thought about Taekwon Do? Hear is my Taekwon Do Training Diary as it is a great thing to take up. Great excercise, ethos as well as self defense.

Hi, also from Hastings and new here. Ride a FZR600R (95) allthough I am conderably older than the bike by a very large margin :-). Took up riding again last year after some 25 years off the road. Last bike then was a Suz T500M and previous ones were a KH250-B2 triple, Yam DT250 (the first of the monoshoxed ones). Yep, I likes 2 strokes :-)

Welcome and thanks for the retro historical journey, loved my KH250, even when the middle cylinder packed up. A red one if I recall, also had a TS185, RD250, RD400, GT380, XS650 oh those were trhe days, the RDs were £529 and £579, the xs was £895 new them were the days no speed cameras, no ANPR systems.
Anyway welcome again.
