Hey Hey, thanks for the welcome BigGrin , much appreciated. Not sure what you meant by waiting to be introduced, thought thats what I was doing.
Hopefully the weather is gonna change for the better soon like I thought it had last Sunday which dawned bright and sunny. So I fitted my new visor complete with light reactive pinlock and headed off down Guildford way where it decided to start lobbin it down. By the time I got home I was somewhat damp and my Daytona was somewhat brownish so I spent the rest of the afternoon cleaning it up outside in the rain.
Still, it was good to get out for a bit. Lookin forward to gettin to a meet..

Cheers

Welcome Speedtrip, a man with excellent taste, I too have a deep passion for the hinckley trples, have a 1050 and got the missus on the Street 675. Have been riding triumphs since the 70's showin me age there.
I am looking forward to better weather, more importantly pot hole repairs before they cause a nasty accident.
Hope to get a few bikes together for run to an ace cafe, for one of their evening events this summer if you fancy it.

I know its a long way off, but hey decent weather and warm nights, fancy this one speedtrip?
I have 3 triumph owners up for this already, so if you fancy the run out then great.

Sorry for the delay, as I mentioned I cannot get to the net that often.
The day is at the Ace Cafe which is a great venue, specially when the police shut the road off to cars. Food's expensive and passable, but the atmosphere is usually good, if not polluted.
Usually take a straight forward route there and then a more scenic one home, stopping of by the Thames in Surrey for some light refreshment and to stretch the legs.
So far there are four bikes going although that can change. I will probably put an open invitation on the site closer to the time, we'll see.

Keep it shiney side up.

No its a full system so doesn't have baffles in, sounds superb, like a Spitfire rumbling away.
The resonance is beautiful and not had any problems with Mr PC even when pulled last year for being a little too fast. Love em.BigGrin
