As the end of 2010 comes to an end and many bikers have been forced to stay off the roads and therefore are gagging to get back on their bikes added to which is the fact that many have got bike bits for Christmas. So with the New Year what are your New Year Resolutions for the bike, be it maintanence, giving it a bit of love, replacing it or letting it rest a little more and spending time with those that complain that you dont' (sorry - those that you love :))

I want to go faster, I want to go faster..

For those out there looking for a new challenge, to lose weight or to just learn something new then have you thought about Taekwon Do? Hear is my Taekwon Do Training Diary as it is a great thing to take up. Great excercise, ethos as well as self defense.
