An Adventure Evening Special
Come and meet Sam Manicom at the King's Head Chailey on thursday 20th May at 7.30 on.He will be doing a talk about his motorcycle adventures around Africa, Asia and South America.
He has written several books and done a lot of interesting stuff. It's £5 and all proceeds go to The Army Benevolent Fund as we support ex-marine Bill Allen on his trip to Iraq. Adventure Peru holidays will be there as well as some other bike related stuff to be arranged.
There will be a BBQ and bar food. Loads of decent parking, why not have a ride-out then turn up for the evening. More details from nick@southeastbiker.co.uk

For those out there looking for a new challenge, to lose weight or to just learn something new then have you thought about Taekwon Do? Hear is my Taekwon Do Training Diary as it is a great thing to take up. Great excercise, ethos as well as self defense.

I have been in touch with Sam and he is looking forward to the night. He will be doing a talk for about an hour with a slideshow if I can get it to work! He will also be selling signed books and chatting to any would be globe trotters. I have a couple of tour companies coming along as well. All welcome, nice venue for a ride-out to.

Sam has very reluctantly had to pull out of this event due to unforeseen personal reasons. We will still be there and the folks from Adventure Peru will be on hand to chat about their exploits. We may get some other interesting biking folk involved so keep an eye on here for details. There will be food available and it's a great venue to finish a ride-out.

Thanks to all who came along to the evening. The Adventure Peru boys attracted quite a lot of interest and hopefully got a few more for the ride to Dover on the 29th.
